  • PT Intro: £60 (£50 online).
    Price includes a consultation, health and fitness assessment plus 1 PT and 1 sports massage session.
  • PT Six: £250 (£200 online). Price includes the Intro package plus individual designed fitness training programme & 6 weeks of weekly training sessions plus a review at the end of the 6 week programme. Optional sports massage session.
  • PT Twelve: £450 (£400 online). This is the same service as the Six package but over 12 weeks with 12 PT sessions. Optional sports massage session.
