I was preparing for my wedding in December 2008 and decided to start with a personal trainer in late July 2008. My main goals from the training programme were to lose weight, increase my cardio fitness levels and improve my health. After just a few months of training I felt really good for my wedding day - I had lost around 13kg in weight, several inches off my waistline and could now run for 40mins or more non-stop. I remain committed to the fitness programme and continue to enjoy the improvements in my health and fitness.

Mark came to us in the summer of 2007 and advised our coaches and athletes on sports nutrition, fitness, and injuries as well as providing sports massage treatments. Many of the athletes would go to Mark for advice on tight muscles and injury problems whilst they were training. Mark also learned whilst working with us, learning more about athletics training and techniques.
